Power LED Flood Lights

As the request and feedback from our customers, Eneltec now are posting new Power LED Flood Lights. These new series are from 10W-80W, for the Auxiliary lighting of the flood light application. Another new function is that the beam angle of these Power LED Flood Lights could be 50°/80°/100°/120°

Installation Steps

Installation Steps of Power LED Flood Lights

 

first lamps fixed in the bracket, adjust the illumination angle, and then the
metal bracket fixed nut tighten

 

 

As shown in Figure 1 installation of sensors, the two plugs are fixed on the mounting surface; the fixed AB screws sensors mounted in a highly position as shown in Figure 2; as shown in Figure 3, with waterproof male and female on wiring, connected with the lamp body and the inductor is connected, tighten

 

The correct installation: knob face-down, faces the sensing direction

 

As Picture showed, Connect Live Wrire/Null Wire/Ground Wire to electric cable properly and switch on.

1. As shown, the first metal bracket nuts to loosen, the bracket removed, and three holes on the metal bracket fixed on the mounting surfaces.

2. As shown, in the first lamps fixed in the bracket, adjust the illumination angle, and then the metal bracket fixed nut tighten;

3. After the installation, to check all the major components are installed correctly in place, confirm the screws are tightening.

4. As shown in Figure 1 installation of sensors, the two plugs are fixed on the mounting surface; the fixed AB screws sensors mounted in a highly position as shown in Figure 2; as shown in Figure 3, with waterproof male and female on wiring, connected with the lamp body and the inductor is connected, tighten

5. The inductive probe knob does not allow upward. There are leakage hole on the adjusting knob, can avoid the stagnant water.

6. As Picture showed, Connect Live Wrire/Null Wire/Ground Wire to electric cable properly and switch on.

Debugging sensor status

Debugging sensor status of Power LED Flood Lights, Set the function button below the sensor. Shown in figure C; TIME – Lighting time setting, LUX – Environment brightness setting

1. Sensor angle can be adjusted up and down to set different induction range. Shown in figure A and figure B

2. Set the function button below the sensor. Shown in figure C; TIME – Lighting time setting, LUX – Environment brightness setting

3. Set the TIME in 5 seconds and the LUX in the daytime position, then can be inductive range test mold

4. Turn on the power, then the lamps will be in the status of warming up the machine, people need to leave the sensing area, probably the lamp will light 1-2 minutes, then automatically turn off

Sensor automatic inductive setting

.1. When the above installation debugging completed, the lamps need to be set for automatic sensor lighting mode

1. When adjust the lighting, transferred the adjustable twist from [5 seconds] slowly clockwise rotation Enter into the sensor detection range, after confirm the lights turn on, please leave immediately (if the person remain within the sensing range, it will result in the lighting time extended)

2. Change the light adjustable twist from [day] rotate clockwise to do [day and night lighting, dusk began lighting or only night lighting ] function setting The installation should be in actual position environment setting

For the sensor cross-section occasions, the sensor sensitivity is high. For the sensor straight forward occasions, sensor sensitivity becomes relatively low. As shown in figure D

Installation notice

1. Please strictly follow the installation steps, the non-professional electrician does not allow any operation.

2. Please make sure the hanging system of the lamp installation must be capable of carrying the floodlights overall more than 25Kg in order to be safe

3. Make sure the supply voltage range can not exceed AC100-240V 50/60Hz this range, it will lead to the result of lamps does not light up or burn lights

4. Due to the sensor detects the ambient brightness and temperature changes, in the following installation site, sometimes caused by the misuse detection or non-detection:

Do not close to the plants or curtain shaking by wind

Do not close to the air conditioning vents

Avoid the marble floors or walls strong reflection position

Avoid close to the glass partition wall

Do not installed in place easy to shake

Do not face to the road

Avoid the radio wave

Do not install in height above 4m

 

Maintenance

1. After a long time use, the lamp surface will attach some dust and other debris, which will directly affect the heat dissipation and glow of the lamps, so need for regular maintenance of the lamps, the general maintenance cycle is 8 to 12 months.

2. Maintenance focus on check each component of lamps in good condition, no loose screws and other anomalies, if any loosening (after good protection measures)

3. If the lamp shell surface are subject to dust and other debris, it need tools to clear, with particular attention to keep the lens surface clean. If there are debris, please try not to use corrosive and volatile liquid cleaning agent in order to avoid the lens surface scratches and chemical reactions, which will effect the luminous intensity and lighting of the lens, it is recommended to use fresh water or special cleaning agent.

4. If the LED lamp is not lit or flashing, the lens appear crack damaged, and you don't have the ability to replace it. Please contact directly with the supplier to deal with it.
