Technical proposal of LED driver

Since LED lamp beads are semiconductor devices started with low voltage, thus the basic requirement is adopting the low-voltage power supply to match the device and also requiring continuous constant current (too high current accelerating the light fades and the lamp turning dark even burned within a short time).

Technical proposal of LED driver

 Currently there are three LED driver power supply technical solutions:

1, RC Buck: program is simple, small devices, low cost, not constant. The main application 3W LED lamp configurations and below, and the risk of breakdown caused by leakage of light board exists, it requires light body shell structure must be insulated;

2, Non-isolated power supply: moderate cost, IC constant current, but there are also dangerous leakage breakdown light board, and therefore also requires structural shell lamp body must be insulated.

3, Isolated power supply: high cost, IC constant current, good security.

In order to achieve a better light efficiency for LED panel light, the light strings are generally in elongated bar structure so as to protect the LED lamp cooling needs. Now the all-aluminum structure is more often adopted as a chamber and as a heat sink. Aluminum lamp body is generally non-insulating, therefore isolated power supply should have been used in order to be secure and also provide continuous constant current to protect the long-life of lamp beads.
