With the rapid economic development, population growth and the improvement of people’s living standards, the macroeconomic performance in resource constraint contradictions have become increasingly prominent, and tight resource situation also became increasingly prominent.
In recent years, the semiconductor lighting industry has developed rapidly. The United States, Japan, Europe, South Korea and China’s Taiwan region has strong advantages in different areas, and t he global output annual growth rate maintained at more than 20%. After 30 years of development of LED industry in China, it has initially formed a relatively complete industrial chain including epitaxial wafers, chip preparation and packaging, as well as the application of LED lights. Although China has become the world’s largest energy efficient lighting products manufacturing base, however, industry concentration is low, and domestic market share is limited, even a considerable part of the business just OEM production.
At present, under the tension power resources of our country, about 14% is consumed in various areas of the lighting. To this end, China has started a green lighting, semiconductor lighting project. The State Council set up a special team of energy conservation and emission reduction. Since 2008, 150 million energy-saving lamps are spread across the country in three years, 50 million a year; Residents purchase the promotion of energy-saving lamps, state subsidies by 50%, the bulk of customers to purchase, state subsidies of 30% .
