Avoiding light pollution in LED interior lighting design

Indoor lighting “light pollution” should not be overlooked. Is there any way to avoid its adverse effects on health? Here experts on LED lighting design will give some suggestions:

Firstly, when choosing LED lighting, you should choose those LED with high CRI, high frequency flash and stable performance. The lamps with high CRI, gentle light, no flare or aperture can guarantee the authenticity and comfort of the object we seen; lamps with high frequency flash can reduce eye fatigue; lamps with stable performance can increase the power efficiency of the drivers and prolongs lifespan. The complete protection will greatly increase the overall stability.

Avoiding light pollution in LED interior lighting designed

Secondly, under the premise of guarantee normal lighting, you can reduce light pollution through setting up the position of LED lamps cleverly, such as concealed installation of LED lamps, avoiding exposing the high points of light. In addition, the adoption of anti-glare measure can significantly reduce the light pollution caused by glare.

Thirdly, you can use indirect lighting appropriately. For example, using the ceiling to reflect the light, then the light will be both uniform and comfortable.
