How to install LED flood light

As the high performance and energy-saving lamp features, more and more buyer prefer to use LED flood lights, but some buyers worry about the replacement and installation for the LED flood light. Now let me introduce the installation manual.

LED flood light　　The first step: Mount the LED floodlight to the wall or on the ground: punch holes in the wall or on the ground, mounted expansion screw, and then installed LED floodlight with a screw lock; Spotlights mounted between distance according to the customer’s requirements.

　　Step Two: Then LED Floodlight 3-core signal cable and controller docking, two-wire power cord with switch power docking.
Step Three:　According to the power transformer and power cast light to calculate how many of each transformer can bring light rails; such as 72 lights 400W LED waterproof transformer if using, you can take four or five lamps; transformers are placed in paragraphs 2 and 3 Taiwan middle, then two lines out of each side with 2 units.
Step Four: LED Floodlight controller installation; first load controller, connected directly to the controller on the LED floodlight; lamps signal line connected to the controller signal (3-pin male and female plug), then the power supply (two pin male and female plug); each controller can only take a fixed number of LED lamps for light, can generally be taken to 170 units; controller is placed in the middle of the 85th and 86 units, so that the signal is better
Step Five: electricity, Communication number.
All the switching power supply connected to a 220V mains, and then use an air switch and time switch; unified control LED Spotlights energized; Then the master on the plug in the 220V power source.
Step Six: system debug controller and LED Spotlights energized; any part of the lamp does not move, or the individual lights not working properly; the poor LED Floodlight removed and replaced with reserve tube, until normal operation .
