Explosion Proof LED Light from Magnalight is UL rated Class 1 Division 1, Groups C, D, paint spray both approved, and produces 1050 total lumens. Water proof and IP67 rated , this LED equipped light is pendant, ceiling, or wall mounted, and available with several color and voltage options. The powerful and durable EPSLED-80 explosion proof LED light from Magnalight is approved for use in paint spray booths and is ideal for industrial applications, hazardous work spaces, and areas where gases, vapors and dusts may be present and a powerful and durable general purpose light solution is needed. The lamp housing is waterproof, constructed of heavy cast aluminum, and UL tested to withstand 1490 lbs. per square inch of hydrostatic pressure.

Factory sealed and finished in a durable polyester powder coating, this lamp can be ordered with red, blue, green, amber, purple and white light colors as well as different voltages including- 120-277 Volts 50/60hz AC, 24 Volts DC, and 12 Volts DC. This strobe light is IP67 rated waterproof and suitable for use in paint spray booths and areas where flammable gases, vapors and chemicals may be encountered as well as approved for exposure to combustible dusts. The cast aluminum housing is fully factory sealed and includes an integrated inspection hole for easy access to the splice compartment. Wiring is through a 1/2″ or 3/4″ hub. Please specify hub size when ordering.The LED lamp in this unit offers exceptional power and a 50,000+ hour life span and is energized by leads which pass through a sealing compound that separates the lamp chamber from the wiring compartment.

This explosion proof LED light has a T-6 temperature rating and a carries a paint spray booth light certification as well. The EPL-EMG-48-2L-LED is equipped with Magnalight’s specially designed LED T-series bulbs which produce 15% more foot candles of illumination at 8 feet as compared to standard T8 lamps when measured with an Extech light meter. Our LED-T series bulbs are visibly brighter than standard T8s and have consistently surprised many of our customers with their unexpectedly high light output levels. We have replaced two 8 foot dual lamp T8 fixtures in our own facility with our LED T series lamps and produced more illumination in the work area with only one 2 lamp 4 foot long LED fixture. We now offer our second generation LED tube lamps with this fixture which have increased this hazardous location light’s performance. With an integrated emergency ballast, this explosion proof LED light will continue to operate one bulb for 90 minutes at 2750 lumens once the main electrical power to the light is severed. Once standard electrical power is restored, the emergency battery pack will be recharged.

The waterproof construction and 1445nm infrared output of this LED lamp provides operators with high durability and an excellent IR light source for specialty applications such as infrared spectroscopy analysis. The EPL-SMLED-20W-1445 Explosion Proof Infrared LED Light is designed for use in hazardous locations and produces illumination in the 1445nm infrared end of the light spectrum. This unit is equipped with a 20 watt LED lamp assembly that runs cooler, lasts far longer, and produces infrared light without the need for lenses or filters. This unit is waterproof and tested to 500 hours of salt spray exposure in accordance with MIL-F-8115C Military Specifications.
This explosion proof infrared LED light fixture is comprised of a 20 watt infrared LED equipped light head, aluminum alloy yoke, and flat mounting based with preformed bolt slots designed to allow permanent mounting to flat surfaces. The entire unit is fabricated from heavy duty aluminum and is factory sealed and water tight. This unit requires no external seals, and the light head can be adusted through 135° of vertical movement. The yoke is formed of high strength aluminum alloy, the lens is thermal shock and impact resistant glass, and the entire housing is formed of cast aluminum with an aluminum enamel coating. The LED emitters in this unit are specially mounted to provide the highest output possible with little loss from lens diffusion.
