During we use LED lights, we would find, the higher temperature is, the lower lumen output is, so, why is it situation a problem for led street light price?
Normally, the reasons are, Chip quality, solid crystal bottom plastic, phosphor, fluorescent glue, brackets, andcooling.
Let’s analyze the reasons from the inside structure of the led street light price and led products. All these test results are from the top LED High Bay company–ENELTEC.
Test A:
We use Nichia183 LED, no heat sink, link it in the circuit, put the soldering iron on the foot of led. If the temperature is not very high, the lumen output of led would be lower, when the temperature reach 380℃, the led would stop working at once. Now, then voltage of led would be lower than 1 V, but the PN is still good, it means the led is not dead. Then, if you low down the temperature of soldering iron, the lumen output would me higher.
Test B:
We use 3528 white LED, put the soldering iron to make the hot, 260℃ and 290℃. Heat them by 260℃ for 1 minute, and then test the lumen after it’s cool. Then heat them by 290℃ for 1 minute, and then test the lumen after it’s cool.
We tested 5 pcs of LED, the 260℃ for 1 minute, the lumen is not lower, but even higher! Please check the data listed below.

Now, let’s analyze the results.
From test A, in the high temperature, the lumen get lower, even stop working, when the temperature get lower, the lumen would be back to normal.
From test B, After the high temperature, the lumen is even higher, so, the lumen get lower only by long time high temperature working. So, we should do the correct design and calculate the led street lights price.
