According to foreign media reports, Philips introduced a concept of LED lights, not only within the region but also the perception personnel actions, ambient temperature and other information via Ethernet.

Philips’ latest LED lamp uses the concept of power over Ethernet, while the output of the light also collect information through sensors, and can exchange information between the lamps. Motion sensor lamps can record area employees, the temperature sensor can be fed current temperature. Office managers can monitor the real-time situation, or application to adjust lighting, heated by intelligent machines to reduce utility bills, but instead of traditional Ethernet cabling cost is higher.
