5, the light efficiency , high luminous efficiency lamps consume less electric if illuminated the same time, so high efficiency lamp is more energy-saving;
6, observing the rate of strobe, strobe is the number of flashes during a second. If the strobe is too frequent, it will cause huge damage to the human eyes.
