The main contents of the draft standard for LED street lamps include the scope of application, measurement conditions, specifications and test methods.
(1) Scope of application:
This specification applies to LED street lamps, including power supplies, heat sinks, optical designs, and related mechanical structures.
(2) Measurement conditions
Measurement conditions include temperature (25±2°C), humidity (relative humidity 60±20%), steady state (tested after 60 minutes of lighting), power supply for test (variable range is ±0.5%) and precautions for light intensity measurement .
(3) Specifications
The main contents include insulation resistance, insulation withstand voltage test, dead point lighting, basic characteristics, voltage change rate, temperature cycle, switch test, durability test, humidity switch, surge protection, electromagnetic, dustproof and waterproof, wind tunnel test and vibration test.
Requirements in the basic characteristics: “LED street lamp power factor must be above 0.9, and its power factor test value must be above 95% of the label value, the total circuit power should be within the manufacturer’s label value within ± 110%, the input current harmonic distortion The values ??specified in Table 8 must not be exceeded and the total current harmonic distortion must not exceed 33%.”
