On May 20th, the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the “Notice of 7 Industry Standards, 29 National Standards and 2 National Standard Amendments for the Electronics Industry”. Among them, “Substrate type (COB) LED blank detail specification” “Chip-level package (CSP) LED blank detailed specification” 2 industry standards, “Semiconductor LED light radiation safety Part 1: Requirements and classification method” “Semiconductor luminescence Diode Light Radiation Safety Part 2: Test Methods” “Light-emitting diode module thermal characteristics transient test method” The formulation of three national standards has been completed.
These standards are currently in the publicity stage, and the publicity time is from May 20, 2019, to June 19, 2019.
