Jacksonville, Florida, will be for GE’s LED intelligent street light pilot project in the city, its main application area is the downtown area of Jacksonville.
GE Intelligent LED street lighting system contains “Predix” software to analyze the data in real time, but the company said the data will be uploaded to GE’s lighting network database, for internal analysis.
Currently Jacksonville Municipal focus is to provide real-time information about intelligent street parking spaces to the vehicle driver ability. The intelligent streetlight monitoring function also concerned for the safety of residents raised the issue of some concern and discussion.
