Recently, Wuyi Road, an important traffic artery that passes through Changji City, Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is quietly getting a new look.
It is understood that Wuyi Road was built in the 1960s and has not been renovated for more than 20 years from 2002 to now. On the occasion of the celebration of the 70th anniversary of the founding of Changji Prefecture, the 199 street lamps on Wuyi Road (Tunhe Road-Qingnian Road) were replaced with integrated smart lamp poles with modern technological content.
“Integrated smart lamp poles” are smart street lamp products that integrate various information equipment technology innovations and composite applications. It includes street lamp lighting control systems, WiFi antenna base stations, video surveillance management, advertising screen broadcast control systems, real-time monitoring of urban environments, emergency call systems, charging pile systems, and manhole cover monitoring systems.
According to their different functions, they are divided into six categories: A, B, C, D, E, and F. The overall color is dark gray, which can realize the integration of multiple poles. The public security monitoring poles, traffic signal poles, communication poles, traffic sign poles, street light poles and other poles with urban service management functions are integrated on the pole body based on the street light pole, becoming an important carrier of smart lighting and smart city construction, which can greatly improve the level of refinement of urban management.
Next, Changji City will also integrate the public security monitoring poles, traffic signal poles, communication poles, and traffic sign poles along Wuyi Road (Tunhe Road-Qingnian Road). Reduce the various types of poles erected in the city, truly realize “one pole for multiple uses” and “one pole for multiple functions”, and make the smart city right next to you.
