NEEDED AS ALTERNATIVE TO CAN LIGHTS. The first room was on a MACL-153 dimmer (workrd great with 8 T65 lights)and second room was on a regular switch,

They are incredibly easy to install and we were very happy with the light color.S. I installed a Lutron MACL-153MR LED dimmer and the hum remained. perfect for kitchens.
2) Light HUM – The lights can work with a dimmer. which I intended to do. I plan to bring this to Home Depot’s attention as I think it is really unacceptable to say these are dimmable when they make such a loud noise. they work fine.
