Notice on Purchasing LED Fluorescent Lamp

Compared with traditional fluorescent tubes, LED fluorescent tubes enjoy relatively low people awareness. ENELTEC here is reminding you that when purchasing LED fluorescent tubes, you should pay attention to some issues to avoid poor quality LED lamp which may cause your loss and even affect your safety.

Notice on Purchasing LED Fluorescent Lamp

1. See the packaging and label

It is compulsory for LED lighting manufacturers to mark the following items on the packaging: rated voltage range, rated power, rated frequency. Under normal circumstances, LED fluorescent lamp printed in high quality is of better quality and the printing is very clear. It is not easy to fall off. The logo, trademark and related certification mark are still very clear even scrubbed with a soft damp cloth

2. See the surface of the LED light

From the perspective of the lamp, the shape and size of LED fluorescent light is more consistent in product consistency, thus better quality assurance. Of course, there should be no cracks on the surface and the loose connection between the interfaces. Since ordinary plastic deformation and flammable, LED tubes must use the kind of engineering plastics flame retardant PC plastic shell. And aluminum tube must be bright, aviation aluminum.

3. Working temperature: The temperature should be low when LED fluorescent light is working. Otherwise, its life will be very short. Meanwhile, the flashing and rapid fluctuation of energy saving light when it is first lit indicates the existence of quality problems. Energized after a few minutes, the increasing temperature proves that the heat dissipation is good with the aluminum plate heat. If the temperature does not increase, it indicates that it is fiberglass panels, thus the heat does not come out.

4. See the startup performance: one of the special features of LED fluorescent light is that the moment it is linked to the power, it shines immediately with no flicker.

5. LED fluorescent light can be measured by weight. The heavier the light is, the better the quality. This is because heavy light may be made with good materials.
