130,000 LED lights on Tokyo Tower creating a blue Galaxy Tokyo Tower

Tokyo Tower, located in Tokyo, Japan, is the third highest free-standing tower in the world, its lighting style is designed by world-renowned lighting designer Ishii Mikiko, and it’s lighting from the time of sunset to midnight.

In the past, the light color of Tokyo Tower changed with the seasons. It was white in summer and orange in other seasons. Starting from June 1, Tokyo Tower is decorated with Galaxy landscape, using 130,000 blue and white LED lights to create dazzling lighting effects.

As Tokyo's famous landmarks and tourist attraction, Tokyo Tower has showed various lightning effects. In 2015, the downside stairs outside the tower is decorated with a blue LED lamp, and the large viewing platform is also decorated with around 600 decorative lights. The whole tower is decorated beautiful , and deeply loved by the tourists.
