2020 LED lights intended Korea rose 60 percent penetration rate

　　Green Korea Presidential Commission recently announced that South Korea plans before the end of 2020 the proportion of the LED lighting device using the country increased to 60% in order to reduce power consumption.

　　According to the plan, the South Korean government in 2012 , during the 2013 cost 2,000 won ( $ 185 million ) , the office lighting equipment state-owned enterprises , government agencies replaced with LED lights , it is expected that by 2020 all public lighting business will use LED bulbs. The government also plans a few years will be fully replaced by LED street lights in the future.

　　In order to encourage private enterprises to follow up , small shops and the South Korean government will provide subsidies to traditional markets , private enterprise and give up to 30 % of the tax breaks . The South Korean government before the end of 2015 will set aside up to $ 1,000 one hundred million won as a national subsidy program budget.

　　The Committee pointed out that if South Korea before the end of 2020, the National Lighting successfully converted to LED, it will save seven , eight power generating capacity of 500,000 kilowatts generated by fossil fuel power plants . In addition , it is expected to bring new LED lights will create a demand for opportunities trillion won in Korea domestic market.
