A Dazzling Light and Shadow Extravaganza Unveiled in Lujiazui, Pudong New Area, Shanghai, for the Year of the Horse

This light and shadow extravaganza leverages the comprehensive upgrade of the Lujiazui area's landscape lighting. With the IFC Twin Towers as the visual core, it simultaneously links the rooftops and landscape lighting of key buildings such as the International Convention Center, Kempinski Hotel, Shanghai Bank Tower, and Ping An Finance Center, creating a multi-point, all-encompassing, and dazzling display. The upgraded IFC Twin Towers will present rich and dynamic visual effects, showcasing New Year slogans, auspicious blessings, and galloping horses-images symbolizing the Year of the Horse-becoming the core highlight of the entire light and shadow extravaganza.

The light and shadow interplay, using Shanghai blue, China red, and prosperous gold as its core color narrative system, unfolds a new chapter for the Spring Festival. The entire performance is divided into three progressively advancing acts.

Act One, "A New Chapter Begins," uses prosperous gold as its main color, with shimmering gold light flowing between buildings like dancing gold dust, symbolizing the beginning of the new year and the renewal of all things.

Act Two, "A New Tide Surges," interweaves blue and gold, with light and shadow moving in rhythm with the surging tides of the Huangpu River, showcasing the city's vitality and the burgeoning life of Pudong.

Act Three, "Springtime on the Huangpu River," uses China red as its main color, with red and gold complementing each other, expressing wishes for the prosperity of the motherland and conveying blessings for a peaceful and prosperous Spring Festival.
