Major local LED bulb brands include Super Star from Super Star Group, Transtec from Transcom Electronics Ltd, Walton LED from Walton, Energypac from Energypac Electronics Ltd, Click from Pran RFL, Sparkle from ACI Electrical, Orlee, SQ and Hosaf from Super Star. Other non-branded companies are Pasha, Osaka, Speed, Hee, Magic and Cosmo.

Super Star Group said that the company's market share is about 30% to 35%, with an annual growth rate of 18% to 20%, and its main market is rural areas.

Transcom Electronics Ltd, another giant of the country's LED lamp manufacturer, pointed out that the annual growth rate of the LED bulb business is close to 15% to 20%, accounting for nearly 20% of the market, with sales of 2.2 billion taka in 2020. Walton, the leading brand of electronics and home appliances in the country, said that it has a market share of about 15%, with an annual growth rate of more than 20%. Even during the epidemic, the marketing of LED lights still has 1.3 billion taka.

According to Pran RFL, most of the raw materials for the production of LED lamps in the past three to four years were imported from abroad, and currently nearly 20% of the raw materials are obtained locally. market, with an annual growth rate of 18-20%.
