CREE Feit Electric Lamp LED for patent infringement

US LED maker Cree charged Feit Electric infringement Cree's LED-related patents recently in North Carolina federal district court in the District (US District Courtfor the Middle Distric tof North Carolina), and patent infringement is primarily associated with the LED light bulb . Previously in July 2015, this California-based company Feit Electric Cree also accused violation of their patents in this Court .

In this case involved two major patent Cree, one of which is an LED bulb U.S. Patent number is No.8,998,444, entitled "Solid State Lighting Devices Including Light Mixtures" technology in LED lighting products in the color mixing technology, and US Patent No.9,052,067 patent this project, entitled "LED lamp with high color Rendering Index", focused on the high color rendering of LED lighting technology, the same mix of colors, as well as improving LED light technology.
