DOE released the latest outdoor area lighting CALiPER report

The US Department of Energy (DOE) CALiPER plans to publish a new report, this time for outdoor lighting, including lighting, parking lighting and spotlights to assess.

Outdoor regional lighting accounts for the bulk of energy consumption, and is also one of the key markets for solid-state lighting.

LED outdoor area lighting is a part of the LED Lighting Facts? Label program database, and in the lighting category always occupy a large proportion. Since August 29, 2016, regional and road lighting products accounted for 15% of the database, the other two product categories accounted for about 4%.

Outdoor area lighting in the entire US lighting market has been occupied by a small proportion.
