Energy-saving and efficient lighting products help the 30th National Energy-saving Publicity Week
Recently, the 30th National Energy Conservation Publicity Week (June 29-July 5) officially opened. The theme of this year is "Green Water and Green Mountains, Energy Saving and Efficiency". On June 29, the National Development and Reform Commission and the Beijing Municipal People's Government jointly launched the 2020 National Energy Conservation Publicity Week and Beijing Energy Conservation Publicity Week. This year marks the 30th anniversary of the National Energy Conservation Promotion Week, and it is also the first time that the National Energy Conservation Promotion Week has been launched online.
Energy Conservation Promotion Week carried out 4 online activities, including the 15th anniversary of the implementation of semiconductor lighting precision poverty alleviation, the implementation of the energy efficiency labeling system and the "green consumption" activities, the "Response to Plastic Pollution and Promotion of Green Packaging" initiative, and Beijing's related activities. As a typical representative of energy-saving products, energy-saving and high-efficiency lighting products are actively promoted to cooperate with energy-saving publicity.
1. The National Development and Reform Commission and relevant parties donated LED lights to poverty-stricken areas in Jiangxi and Hunan to improve the lighting environment in poverty-stricken areas and help fight poverty.
On June 29th, the 2020 Jiangxi Province Energy Conservation Promotion Week and the Green, Low-Carbon Walking Activity was launched in Ruijin Museum Square. At the launching ceremony, the Department of Environmental Resources and Resources of the National Development and Reform Commission donated 25,600 semiconductor lighting products to Ruijin.
On June 29th, the launching ceremony of the 2020 Hunan Energy Conservation Promotion Week was held in Changsha Xiangfu Cultural Park. At the launching ceremony, a donation ceremony for the National Semiconductor Lighting Targeted Poverty Alleviation was held. The project was initiated by the Environmental Resources Department of the National Development and Reform Commission. Through the "Global Environment Facility-China Semiconductor Lighting Promotion Project" assistance funds were provided to Pingjiang County, Yueyang City and Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture. Yongshun County donated 30,000 and 25,000 energy-saving lamps.
2. 4 districts of Beijing, Changping, Fengtai, Tongzhou, and Huairou will promote 600,000 LED bulbs on a pilot basis
The Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission announced that it will organize a "Home LED Light Promotion Pilot" activity in the near future to actively guide and encourage residents to use LED lights to further promote energy conservation and emission reduction for the whole people. The specific launch time will be announced separately.
The scope of subsidies for this pilot activity covers the pilot communities in the 4 districts of Changping, Fengtai, Tongzhou, and Huairou. The subsidy objects are the permanent residents of the pilot communities. After the subsidy, the residents only need to bear 20% of the cost. The subsidy will be directly issued to the residents in the form of consumer coupons , The number of subsidies per household does not exceed 5, residents only need to buy online.
During the pilot period, Beijing plans to promote 600,000 LED bulbs, which is expected to benefit 120,000 households. On the basis of the pilot project, the types of pilot products will be increased in the future, and the scope of the pilot areas will be expanded. During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, the promotion will continue to be applied to households in Beijing.
