1. National standard "Green lighting detection and evaluation method"

The national standard "Green Lighting Detection and Evaluation Method" (hereinafter referred to as "Standard") compiled by China Academy of Building Research Co., Ltd. in conjunction with relevant units has been published and will be officially implemented on May 1.

The "Standard" was compiled through extensive research, drawing on relevant domestic and foreign standards and engineering practice experience, and completed it on the basis of extensive solicitation of opinions, providing a basis for the detection and evaluation of green lighting in China; the content of the "Standard" is comprehensive, suitable for the comprehensive evaluation of natural lighting and artificial lighting, established a perfect green lighting detection and evaluation system, the evaluation indicators and scoring settings are reasonable, and have strong practicability, filling the gap in China's green lighting evaluation standards; in addition, the combining with the regional characteristics of our country, the standard proposed for the first time the calculation method of lighting power consumption reference value and dynamic lighting evaluation index suitable for China's national conditions, which is innovative; the content of the "Standard" is scientific and reasonable, and it is highly operable reach the international advanced level.

At present, my country's lighting industry is in a period of rapid development, and the industry urgently needs a set of scientific and effective methods to test and evaluate the quality of lighting projects. The release and implementation of this "Standard" will play a very important role in promoting the healthy development of my country's green lighting industry and guiding the construction of my country's green lighting projects.

2. Shenzhen released the first local standard for indoor LED light information transmission system

According to Bao'an Daily, in order to standardize the technical requirements of indoor LED optical information transmission systems, the Shenzhen Market Supervision and Administration Bureau publicly released the Shenzhen Standardization Guidance Technical Document "General Technical Requirements for Indoor LED Optical Information Transmission Systems" (No.: SZDB/Z 297-2018), and came into effect on May 1, 2018, and the Shenzhen standard is once again at the forefront of the country.

It is reported that the "General Technical Requirements for Indoor LED Optical Information Transmission System" stipulates the system composition, equipment performance requirements, interface protocol, coding method and security requirements in the indoor LED optical information transmission system. The standard requires that indoor LED optical information transmission technology-related products produced and sold in Shenzhen must comply with the relevant regulations in the "General Technical Requirements for Indoor LED Optical Information Transmission Systems". The newly issued standard guidance document is suitable for short-distance communication technology that uses visible light (spectrum band 380nm-780nm) and infrared light (spectrum band 790nm-1mm) emitted by LEDs as information carriers in indoor environments, and requires normal use of lighting places for lighting fixtures, while meeting the communication requirements, the lighting indicators such as power, illuminance, color temperature, and color rendering index of the lamps should comply with GB50034. When used in non-civilian fields or special regions, lamps and lanterns should comply with the laws and regulations of the corresponding fields and regions. The document does not apply to LED optical communication technology in outdoor environments with sunlight and noise.

"General Technical Requirements for Indoor LED Optical Information Transmission System" will be implemented from May 1, 2018. Relevant enterprises need to improve their output products in a timely manner according to the guidance requirements of Shenzhen standards, and make every piece of "Shenzhen Made" products have become the leading standard of Chinese standards.

3. "Sharp Edge Test Apparatus and Test Procedures for Lighting Equipment - Sharp Edge Test"

The newly formulated national standardization guiding technical document GB/Z34447-2017 "Sharp edge test device and test procedure for lighting equipment" was released, and the implementation date: 2018-05-01. This guiding technical document is equivalent to IECTR62854:2014 .

Responsible unit: National Lighting Appliance Standardization Technical Committee.

4. "Performance Requirements for Fixed Universal LED Lamps"

GB/T34446-2017 "Performance Requirements for Fixed Universal LED Lamps" is a newly formulated recommended national standard, and the implementation date is 2018-05-01.

Responsible unit: National Lighting Appliance Standardization Technical Committee.
