During the heavy rainfall since the beginning of this year, a total of 23 low-lying lighting facilities exceeded the first-level warning water level. Panyu District has changed the working method of using manual electric test pens to test leakage conditions, and connected to leakage monitoring terminals, which can monitor nearly 2,500 lighting power supply lines in the whole district for 24 hours without interruption. Once leakage occurs in street lamp lines, the background system will automatically alarm and cut off the power supply of the faulty line, and at the same time send the leakage information to the maintenance personnel, which is convenient for quick safety protection measures and greatly reduces the safety risk of street lamp leakage.

The road lighting intelligent management platform optimizes the best time to switch lights every day, and at the same time, according to sudden weather changes, accurately locates areas with insufficient illumination, and adjusts the regional lighting scheme in a targeted manner.
