"Planning" mentioned that Huizhou will plan to build 8934 smart rods in the next three years, including 7568 smart rods for basic configuration and 1366 smart rods for multifunctional configuration.

The planning scope is Huizhou City Administrative District. The administrative areas under Huizhou City include “four districts and three counties”, namely Huicheng District, Huiyang District, Daya Bay Economic and Technological Development Zone, Zhongkai High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Huidong County, Boluo County, Longmen County has a total of 22 subdistrict offices and 49 townships with a land area of ??11,347 square kilometers.
