From late August to now, he has been out with three teams almost every morning at six or seven o'clock, and has been busy until late at night. It can be said that he has always responded to everything. Under the careful installation of the professional team, every street light in the city is strictly positioned according to the design standards to ensure the optimization of lighting angle and brightness. The laying of cables and the connection of the control system have also been strictly tested to ensure the stable operation of the lighting system. The newly installed LED smart street lights are not only energy-saving and environmentally friendly, but also realize automatic brightness adjustment through the intelligent control system, which not only ensures sufficient lighting at night, but also reflects Huaihua's commitment to green development.

As of September 18, the Urban Lighting Service Office of the Huaihua Municipal Facilities Maintenance Center has installed 660 sets of spotlights on ASEAN Avenue and Huaihua Avenue, and added more than 600 single and double-row overhead lights on Tianxing East Road, Hutian South Road, the area around the Convention and Exhibition Center, Shuntian South Road, and the exit sections of the city, and maintained more than 980 poles of lights throughout the city.
