Generally speaking, the price of lighting LED products is stable, but due to the recent increase in global raw material prices , which makes the unit price of products tend to increase, coupled with the high energy-saving demand of governments in various countries, it is estimated that the output value of the lighting LED market in 2022 will have the opportunity to reach 8.11 billion US dollars, an annual increase of 9.2%. In the next few years, with the promotion of human health lighting, smart lighting and other factors, the market size of lighting LED will continue to grow.

Some countries are moving towards net-zero emissions through measures such as energy efficiency and low-carbon heating. However, lighting is a major energy consumer in buildings, accounting for 20% to 30% of total building energy consumption. Driven by the high demand for energy saving and the upgrading of policies and regulations, LED will further penetrate. In addition, smart lighting can also achieve the purpose of timely energy saving. Therefore, commercial lighting, home lighting, outdoor lighting and industrial lighting have strong demand for LED lighting introduction and smart lighting upgrades, which further pushes up the demand for high-standard LED products, including high light efficiency. , High color rendering and color saturation, low blue light for human health lighting and smart lighting.

Therefore, the price of lighting LED products will be stable and rebound in 2021. In terms of categories, medium and low-power lighting LED products (less than 1 watt, excluding 1 watt), such as 2835 LED, 3030 LED and 5630 LED, have an annual average market price growth of 2.1~4.4%; high-power lighting LED products (1 watts), such as ceramic substrate LEDs and 7070 LEDs, the average annual market price growth is as high as 3.0~6.0%. TrendForce predicts that lighting LED prices will become more stable in the first half of 2022.
