Jinan completed the "road without lights" road census

In recent years, with the acceleration of urban construction in Jinan, the construction of lighting facilities has played an important role in beautifying the city and improving the quality of the city. Recently, in combination with the study and implementation of Xi Jinping's new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics theme education, in response to the problem of "there are roads but no lights" that citizens have strongly reported, Jinan City Lighting Engineering Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Jinan Energy Group, and the Urban Lighting Service Center of Jinan Urban Management Bureau launched a special project Find out the census work.

The special census work covers five districts in the city, focusing on the investigation of the "blind lighting areas" in newly-built roads, residential areas and urban railway bridges that citizens report concentratedly. The census work lasted for half a month, and a total of 707 road sections with "roads without lights" were surveyed and sorted out. At the same time, Jinan City Lighting Co., Ltd. put forward "additional construction" suggestions for each road section in a targeted manner.

The problem of "there are no lights on the road" is related to the quality of life and travel safety of citizens. Jinan City Lighting Co., Ltd. insists on putting the people first as the starting point and foothold of all work, and strives to solve the street lighting problems that the people strongly reflect. This year, 10 road sections including Wangfu Chizi Street, Xigeng Road, and Xiaoqinghe Railway Bridge have been completed.
