In terms of power, the upper layer of the high-pressure sodium lamp used is 400 watts and the lower layer is 150 watts. The LED lamp used this time is 220 watts on the upper layer and 160 watts on the lower layer. The illuminance has increased from the previous 30 lux to the current average of 47 lux for the upper floor and 81 lux for the lower floor, and the lighting effect has been greatly improved." Statistics from the Municipal Urban Management Law Enforcement Bureau show that a total of 96 sets of upper-level lamps and 140 sets of lower-level tunnel lights have been replaced in the completed Mingbo overpass to Fuhai overpass section of the Kunming South Second Ring Road upgrading project, and 2,400 meters of wall washers have been newly installed. It officially entered the site on September 15, and the installation work was completed by September 30. According to preliminary estimates, 126 sets of upper-level lamps, 400 sets of lower-level tunnel lights and 4,200-meter wall washers will be installed in the section from Fuhai Overpass to Guannan Overpass. The installation work will be completed before the 18th of this month. The eastern section of the upgrading and renovation project of Kunming South Second Ring Road, namely the Guannan Interchange to Shihuguan Interchange, is expected to replace 277 sets of upper-level street lamps and 892 sets of lower-level lamps and lanterns. It will be completed before the Spring Festival next year.
