The popularity of LED lighting is important for the implementation of China's green energy policy. In recent years, the state has adopted a series of policies, continuing to increase efforts to promote LED lighting. National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Science and other six ministries issued a "semiconductor lighting energy industry plan", which states clearly that output value of the average annual growth of LED lighting industry is around 30%, in 2015 it will reach 450 billion yuan (including LED lighting applications 180 billion yuan).

The key technical breakthrough of silicon substrate has achieved 120lm / W and realized mass production to lead the world. The development of flip-chip packaging, COB, integrated package, modular, and other forms make LED more in line with the application requirements.
