More than 21,500 sodium lamps and energy-saving lamps change to LED in Bayannaoer

This year, Bayannaoer Municipal Environmental Development Co., Ltd. of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region replaced all of the 52 main and secondary trunk roads ‘s more than 21,500 sodium lamps and energy-saving lamps with LED lights, which not only beautified and brightened the city, but also saved energy.

The street lamps in the urban area of Linhe District have been used for a long time, the technology is backward, the light source is declining, the energy consumption is serious, and the maintenance cost is high. Since the beginning of this year, on the basis of focusing on energy conservation, lower operating costs and green environmental protection, Municipal Environmental Development Co., Ltd. has raised funds and has successively used sodium lamps and energy saving for 52 main and secondary roads such as Xinhua Street, Shengli Road, Airport Road and Jinchuan Bridge. All the lamps were replaced with LED lights, and the total replacement was more than 21,500 baht.

It is understood that the replacement of the LED lights for the current is the fourth-generation energy-saving light source, not only adds a new bright color for the city night lighting, but also saving 50% energy on the original base, will save electricity costs of about 4 million RMBper year.
