Nanjing 8 schools piloted the replacement of LED lights

It is understood that the Nanjing Municipal Primary and Secondary School Health Care Center and the Nanjing Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention have jointly carried out research work on the planning of the "Research on prevention measures for classroom lighting in primary and secondary schools in Nanjing".

Yang Jun, head of the Health Education Section of the Health Care Center of the Primary and Secondary School Students in Nanjing, said, "The direction of our research is to transform the classroom lighting into LED lights, so as to observe whether the different light sources have an impact on the development of children's vision." At present, 8 schools including Tangshan Central Primary School in Jiangning District of Nanjing and Qilin Central Primary School in Jiangning District of Nanjing are the first pilot schools. Among them, Nanjing Zhongshan Primary School and Nanjing Tangshan Junior High School and other four schools have selected a classroom in early September this year to replace the LED lights in line with national standards. The first batch of pilot transformation work was officially launched.
