Road lighting in Lucheng District, Changzhi, Shanxi

Road lighting is a basic project of urban construction, an effective measure to improve the living environment, and an effective measure to respond to the expectations of the masses. National Highway 207 is one of the main roads for people to travel in Lucheng District, Changzhi City, Shanxi Province, with a large traffic volume. This section of road previously lacked street lights, which posed certain safety risks for vehicles traveling at night.

Recently, reporters saw at the scene that construction workers were installing street lights on the high-speed railway bridge section from Beizhuangcunkou to Qiangcheng of National Highway 207.

Qin Haiping, the project builder, said: "The route of our lamp installation is more than 6,000 meters, and there are more than 300 installations in total. The next step is to install the cables and lay them, which is planned to be completed by the end of October."  

This road lighting project has eliminated potential road safety hazards, illuminated the way home, warmed the hearts of the masses, and made them feel more at ease when traveling at night.
