Several design schemes of LED lighting
There are two basic reference methods for semiconductor lighting for plant growth or cultivation.
At present, the indoor cultivation mode is very hot in China. This mode has several characteristics:
①The function of LED lamps is to provide the full spectrum of plant lighting, which requires lamps to provide all the energy of lighting, and the production cost is relatively high;
②The design of LED plant growth lights needs to consider the continuity and integrity of the spectrum;
③It is necessary to effectively control the lighting time and lighting intensity, such as letting the plants rest for a few hours, whether the lighting intensity is not enough or too strong;
④The whole process needs to imitate the conditions required by plants in the actual optimal growth environment outdoors, such as humidity, temperature and CO2 concentration.
An outdoor planting model with a good outdoor greenhouse planting foundation. The characteristics of this mode are:
①The role of LED lights is to supplement light. One is to strengthen the light intensity of the blue light area and the red light area when there is sunlight during the day, and to promote the photosynthesis of plants. Growth rate;
②The supplementary light needs to consider which growth stage the plant is in, such as the seedling stage or the flowering and fruiting stage.
Therefore, the design of LED plant growth lights should first have two basic design modes, namely all-weather lighting use (indoor) and plant growth supplementary light use (outdoor). For indoor plant cultivation, the design of LED plant growth lights needs to consider 3 aspects. It is not possible to directly encapsulate chips with three primary colors according to a certain proportion.
For example, a spectrum in the nursery stage, considering the need to enhance root and stem growth, and enhance leaf bifurcation.
For the design of the second type of LED plant growth lamp, it is mainly a design scheme for supplementary light growth in the base planted in outdoor greenhouses.
The author suggests that more planting companies use the second scheme to use LED lamps to promote plant growth.
First of all, China has decades of experience in outdoor greenhouse planting, with a large amount and a wide range, both in the south and the north. With a good technical foundation for greenhouse planting, it provides a large number of freshly marketed vegetables and fruits for surrounding cities, especially when soil, water and fertilizer are available. Abundant research results have been achieved in planting.
Secondly, this supplementary light scheme can greatly reduce the unnecessary consumption of energy, and at the same time can effectively improve the yield of fruits and vegetables. In addition, my country has a vast geographical area, which is very convenient for promotion.
As a scientific research on LED plant lighting, it also provides a broader experimental base for it.
According to the above design ideas, the research team conducted a series of experiments, and the experimental results were very significant. For example, for the seedling growth lamp, the original lamp used is a fluorescent lamp with a power of 32 W, and the seedling raising period is 40 days. We provided a 12 W LED lamp, which shortened the seedling cycle to 30 days, and effectively reduced the influence of the temperature of the lamps in the seedling workshop, saving the power consumption of the air conditioner. The sturdiness, length and color of the seedlings were better than those of the original seedling raising program. For the seedling raising of common vegetables, good verification conclusions have also been obtained, which are summarized in the following table.
