Shendong Baode Coal Mine independently develops workshop lighting control system to achieve "smart lighting"

On November 16, the workshop lighting control system independently developed and built by Shendong Baode Coal Mine Machine Repair Factory was put into use, and the 4,200 square meter workshop became "sparkling".

Before the system went online, the workshop used a large area, with a total of 225 lights and 65 control switches, which were distributed in every corner of the workshop. It was very inconvenient to control. If a fault occurred, it was difficult for maintenance personnel to accurately locate it, which was time-consuming and labor-intensive. .

Faced with this problem, the factory's technicians connected sensors, relays, light bulbs, etc. to the same panel, and used Internet of Things technology to combine lighting with information systems to achieve intelligent control and precise energy saving of workshop lighting.

After the system is online and put into use, workers can use their mobile phones to remotely control lighting at any time, which improves work efficiency and is expected to save 140,000 yuan in electricity bills every year.
