Recently, on the Kaiyuan Town section of Power Plant Road in Dingzhou City, Baoding, Hebei Province, a bustling construction scene has unfolded: digging pits, erecting poles, connecting wires, and debugging equipment-each step is being carried out in an orderly and well-coordinated manner. Guided by the needs of the people, Kaiyuan Town is making every effort to advance the streetlight installation project on Power Plant Road, handling practical matters of public concern with dedication and care.

As a major transportation route running through Kaiyuan Town, Power Plant Road serves as a key corridor for daily travel, agricultural production, and the transport of goods for residents along the route. Previously, the lack of nighttime lighting facilities on this road not only caused significant inconvenience for residents traveling after dark but also posed certain safety hazards.

To address the shortcomings in road infrastructure and enhance residents' sense of safety and comfort when traveling at night, Kaiyuan Town has undertaken coordinated planning and targeted measures. A total of 131 solar streetlights are being installed along the Power Plant Road section. These green, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly infrastructure improvements will further enhance road traffic conditions within the town. The project is funded through a combination of village collective contributions and social donations, pooling resources from multiple sources to ensure that this public welfare project truly meets the needs of the people.
