"Technical Requirements for LED Urban Road Lighting Applications"

Recently, according to the China Academy of Building Research Co., Ltd., the draft of the national standard "LED Urban Road Lighting Application Technical Requirements" revised by the company has been completed and has been released to the public for comments.

The revised "Technical Requirements for Application of LED Urban Road Lighting" was proposed by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China, replacing GB/T 31832-2015 "Technical Requirements for Application of LED Urban Lighting". Compared with GB/T 31832-2015, In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the efficiency limits of LED lamps and the limits of spilled light luminous flux ratio of LED road lighting lamps have also been modified.

The revised standard also adds regulations for LED guardrail lights, LED garden lights, LED floodlights and other lighting fixtures, as well as driving power supplies, system integration, and carbon emission calculations for urban road lighting projects.
