In 2015 it will reach 450 billion yuan (including 1800 billion yuan LED lighting applications)

Key technology of silicon substrate has made a breakthrough to achieve 120lm / W and has realized mass production, walking in the forefront of the world. The chip packaging is developing towards COB, integrated package, modular and other forms, which are more in line with the application requirements.
