The completion ceremony of the installation of LED lights in 32 elementary schools in Tainan

The TSMC Charity Foundation [Lighting up Taiwan from Tainan] today held the [LED Energy Saving Lamp Installation Completion Ceremony] at the Fake Yanyan Riverside Elementary School and Xigang Songlin Elementary School. The TSMC Charity Foundation, with the assistance of the Tainan City Government Education Bureau, grasped the needs Prioritize, and rush to complete the replacement of energy-saving LED lamps in the 14 administrative districts of Tainan Pianxiang in the city before the beginning of school. A total of 32 schools have been replaced to help improve school lighting, not only energy saving and carbon reduction, but also a brighter learning environment for children!

More than 3,000 sets of lamps have been installed in this project, which is expected to save more than 350,000 kWh of electricity each year. It not only saves energy and reduces carbon, but also saves electricity bills for schools. It is expected to provide more than 31,000 meals of nutrition for Tainan's primary schools each year. For lunch, this installation is in cooperation with Kunshan University of Science and Technology. The electrical-related student volunteers in the university will assist in the installation. The combination of public welfare and technical education also makes this project more educational.
