The extension project of the Hebei section of the Yan-Chong Expressway adopts LED tunnel lights

Recently, the extension project of the Hebei section of the Yanchong (Yanqing-Chongli) Expressway and the Chicheng branch line have been opened to traffic and will soon be opened to traffic. Although the distance is not long, the two projects have created many firsts in highway construction in our province, and connected the Hebei section of Yan-Chong Expressway to the highway network in our province, greatly facilitating the passage between Zhangcheng and Beijing and Tianjin. 

Work together to break through the bottleneck and meet the conditions for opening to traffic 6 months ahead of schedule

On July 15th, I drove on the already completed Yan-Chong Expressway extension project and Chicheng branch line. The road was clean and flat. The green grass on both sides, the thriving pine trees, and the blooming Gesang flowers were refreshing.

Entering the Cuiyunshan extra-long tunnel of the extension project, the tunnel light with blue-gray as the main color is against the blue sky and white cloud pattern drawn on the top, and the brightness of the light will change significantly at intervals.

"The Cuiyunshan tunnel is more than 8 kilometers long. Drivers are prone to fatigue when driving in the tunnel for a long time. Therefore, we adopted a combination of vault spraying and fatigue wake-up lighting to give drivers a certain visual stimulation and reduce their fatigue. "Hebei Expressway Yanchong Preparatory Office Director Yu Jianyou introduced that at the beginning of the design, they fully considered the actual needs and made humane improvements. During the construction process, they completed every detail and turned the extension project and the Chicheng branch line into a green, quality, and smart demonstration project.

The Cuiyunshan extra-long tunnel is located at the bottom of the ski stadium. It is a controlled project of the Yan-Chong Expressway extension project. With a total length of 8,400 meters, it is the longest highway tunnel in Hebei Province. The tunnel ventilation shaft has a depth of 422.5 meters, which is the deepest expressway shaft in our province.

According to reports, the Cuiyunshan extra-long tunnel, the Changchengling extra-long tunnel and the main tunnel of the Dalingbao tunnel on the Chicheng branch line in the extension project all adopt the form of quasi-continuous light strips, and the lamps are special LED tunnel lamps with variable color temperature. At the same time, four sections of fatigue awakening sections are set up on the left and right lines of the Cuiyunshan extra-long tunnel, and one fatigue awakening section is set up on the left and right sections of the Changchengling Tunnel.
