The first energy hosting project in Jiaxing, Zhejiang officially landed with LED lighting

On September 24, State Grid (Jiaxing) Comprehensive Energy Service Co., Ltd. and Hepinghu Municipal Office Affairs Management Center signed the "Pinghu Administrative Center Energy Cost Trusteeship Contract Energy Management Service Contract", marking the first State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power in Jiaxing area The energy trust project officially landed.

Since the opening of the Pinghu Administration Center in 2010, with the aging of energy-consuming equipment, the increase in centralized office, and the increasing number of energy users, the total energy consumption has been on the rise. The energy consumption of only one year in 2018 It was 12.69% more than the previous year. To this end, State Grid (Jiaxing) Comprehensive Energy Service Co., Ltd. relies on the technical support of the Virtual Power Plant Division of State Grid Zhejiang Comprehensive Energy Service Co., Ltd., and actively connects with the Pinghu Municipal Office Affairs Management Center. The two parties have reached cooperation with the common goal of "dual carbon". Finally, it is determined to implement energy-saving renovation of the building by integrating various integrated energy characteristic services such as building energy conservation, green lighting, energy efficiency management, energy data, etc. in an energy trusteeship method.

According to the project plan, Jiaxing Comprehensive Energy Company will build a complete energy monitoring system in the administrative building of Pinghu City, which is equipped with an electric energy metering management system, a water supply network metering management system, a cold and heat source computer room safety operation monitoring system, and an air-conditioning terminal centralized management and control system. The platform, at the same time, cooperated with the corresponding energy-saving transformation of lighting lamps, replaced 5250 lamp tubes and 400 downlights with LED lamps. For the administrative center, three sets of central air-conditioning chillers, two sets of air-cooled heat pumps, 125 fan coils, 93 Group VRV units and 237 split air conditioners are equipped with intelligent control equipment to achieve strategic centralized control. 12 sets of air-conditioning water pumps are converted to frequency conversion. Through technical energy saving and management energy saving, it is estimated that the Pinghu Administrative Center can save about 629,000 kWh of electricity each year. It saves 77.3 tons of standard coal annually, and the energy saving rate reaches 10.49%.
