The global LED bulb retail price survey in Dec 2016

DIGITIMES Research surveys the prices of LED bulbs (40W or 60W rated LED bulbs) for 40W and 60W grade incandescent bulbs sold by major brands in major markets around the world to understand the global LED bulb price trend. It is reported that the data is not considered in the sales volume weight, the average price of LED light bulbs prices, and every two months to view the price trend.

In the Asian region, the Japanese market in December 2016 40W and 60W grade LED bulb average price of 1,390 yen (about 12 US dollars), 1,902 yen (about 16.7 US dollars), compared with 2016 in October were up 1 .6%, down 0.5%, the former Mitsubishi Electric bimonthly or up to 15.9%. The average price for the 40W and 60W grades in Korea was KRW 7,957 (US $ 6.4) and KRW 12,238 (US $ 9.8), respectively, both up by 0.8% and down 2 points respectively from October 2016 .7%, the former to double the Lok Jin rose 5.6% for the most.
