  Because of this special structure of epitaxial wafers, to cut the luminous core in good shape is very difficult. Not only requires a vacuum environment, but also a professional cutting machine. Currently there are only two manufacturers in the world can manufacture this cutting machine.

  3, put the core into the LED chip: chip is to LED what the lamp holder is to bulb, which is the power supply. "Chip" is a very important component to achieve the desired effect of LED equipment because LED has a high demand on the current.

  4, packaging LED chips into a luminous body is just like to add lampshade to the filament lamp holder to make the light bulb. Shade can be different according to needs, but the packaging technology determines the lifespan of the luminous body.

  5, lighting applications: like using the incandescent bulbs, according to the different functions and needs, assemble into different LED products.
