"In the past, when the weather was bad, the classroom was a bit dark even with the lights turned on. Since the eye protection lights were installed and turned on on cloudy days, the whole classroom is bright and not too dazzling." Class 1, Grade 3, Lianbao Primary School Student Zhou Ziqian said that this made him and his classmates more comfortable to study, and everyone felt much more energetic.

It is understood that Renqiu City plans to invest more than 14 million yuan to equip more than 2,900 classrooms in various schools at all levels with eye protection lamps that meet national standards. After the transformation, the problems of traditional lighting in the classroom, such as illuminance, uniformity, stroboscopic, and glare value, can be effectively solved, so as to reduce the eye fatigue of students, prevent the decline of students' vision, and protect students' eyes.

"We have invested 7.7 million yuan and completed the renovation of more than 1,770 classrooms. The rest of the classrooms are planned to be completed this year." said Xue Cui Hairong, director of Renqiu Education and Sports Bureau.
