After the lifting system was debugged, all 8 poles lights were turned on at 6:30 pm on the 23rd. Different from the lighting fixtures of the main stadium of Wenzhou Olympic Sports Center, which are installed on the horse track 40 meters above the ground, the sports center stadium is equipped with 8 "Big Mac" lifting light poles, each with a height of 53 meters (the shaft is 51 meters, plus a lightning rod 2 meters) and 19 tons in weight. The hoisting was completed in May of this year. Each set of lamps and stands weighed 4 tons. The design of 8 lifting high-definition sports lighting poles of this size is rare in the country.
The Wenzhou Sports Center Stadium was built in 1997. Traditional metal halide lamps are used for lighting, which has been used for many years. There are many problems such as insufficient illumination and excessive energy consumption. In order to meet the needs of the Asian Games football matches, the designer has tailored a set of systematic LED lighting solutions to meet the lighting needs corresponding to the level of HDTV broadcast of the Asian Games football matches. The venue lighting uses a total of 296 sets of Masco LED1500W professional sports lighting fixtures respectively installed on 8-pole light poles, the auditorium lighting uses 32 sets of LED600W lamps, and the emergency lighting uses 24 sets of LED900W lamps. Compared with the previous traditional lamps, the newly installed LED lamps have the advantages of energy saving, environmental protection, long life, and sufficient illumination.
At the same time, it is equipped with an intelligent dimming system that can switch to meet the needs of different modes with one button. While meeting the needs of high-definition broadcast of the Hangzhou Asian Games, it also takes into account the needs of other comprehensive events and national fitness. The precise light control technology makes the lighting method more accurate. At the same time, considering that Wenzhou is close to the coast and is affected by typhoons all the year round, in order to ensure the safety of the venues during the typhoon season, an 8-pole lifting light pole scheme was adopted in the design. The 8-pole 53-meter lift lighting scheme adopted by the Wenzhou Sports Center Stadium is currently rare in China."
