What are the key technologies of LED tube

  LED tube is widely used in everyday life like the supermarkets, schools, offices, city metros, etc. Wherever there are public places, there are excessive uses of LED tubes. In order to keep the long lifespan and high brightness of LED tube, problems to be solved are the four key technologies: power supply, LED light source, heat dissipation and security.

 What are the key technologies of LED tube

  1. Power supply

  The foremost requirement of power supply is high efficiency. Product with high efficiency gives out low heat and is more stable. Often there are two programs in the part of power supply: the isolated one and the non-isolated one. The isolated one has large volume and low efficiency. It will have a lot of problems in installation. Thus the market is not as prospect as the non-isolated one. Here we will mainly discuss he non-isolated driver program.

  2. LED light source

  It uses the patent structure of Taiwan Lumen Max as the LED light source. The chip is placed on pins. When the heat passes through the pins, it can bring the heat arising from the chip nodes out. Different form the traditional straight cutting products and the traditional patch products in the heat dissipation, the temperature of chip node does not accumulate, thus ensuring the good use of lamp beads on the light source and ensuring the long lifespan and low light failure.

  Although the traditional patch product can connect the plus-n-minus through gold wire, it is also sending the heat arising from chip to pins through gold wire. The heat and the electric are both conducted by gold wire. The heat will accumulate the over the long run and affect the lifespan of LED tube.

  3 Cooling

  Introducing and applying the infrared radiation heat introduced into LED tube is an important means to improve the lifespan of the tube. Considered from the heat dissipation, we will separate the heat dissipation of lamp beads from the power supply without disturbing each other, thus ensuring the rationality of heat dissipation.

  There are three ways of heat conduction: convection, conduction and radiation. In a closed environment, convection and conduction have little chance to be achieved. Dissipating the heat out by radiation is the key consideration of LED tube.
