Wuning County Industrial Park in Jiujiang, Jiangxi Province promotes energy-saving upgrade of street lamps

Reducing energy consumption and improving quality and brightness of street lamps are important links in the humanized and refined management of the park. In order to effectively optimize the functional lighting effect, reduce the energy consumption of street lamps, and improve the quality of urban lighting, Wuning County Industrial Park in Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province recently completed the renovation and upgrading of street lamps on Tonglin Avenue and other sections, and installed and brightened LED energy-saving lamps and solar street lamps on Tonglin Avenue, Jutong Avenue, Wu'an Second Branch Road, Mingpai Road, Tonglin Fourth Branch Road and other sections, replacing the original street lamps with low illumination, high energy consumption and poor environmental performance, ensuring that the main and secondary roads in the park are illuminated by street lamps. After the renovation, not only the energy-saving indicators have been greatly improved, but also the lighting effect has been improved, which better guarantees the safety of people's travel.

Check for deficiencies and make up for the gaps, and the road will be restored

Since the beginning of this year, Wuning Industrial Park has found during daily inspections that some of the branch roads with less traffic in the park are missing street lamps at the end, and there are no light areas, which have certain safety hazards and have caused certain impacts on the travel of some enterprises and people. Afterwards, we immediately organized personnel to conduct on-site surveys, and formed a street lamp renovation plan by consulting professionals. This renovation, combined with the actual situation, took measures according to the road. New LED energy-saving lamps were installed on sections where cables were available, and new solar street lamps were installed on sections where cables were not available, achieving full coverage of street lamps on the park roads and illuminating the way for people to travel.

Green empowerment, brightening the road

The original street lamps on some sections of the park used high-energy-consuming traditional high-pressure sodium lamps, which had a long service life and serious light decay, resulting in dim light on some sections, which could not meet the national standard illumination and uniformity requirements. The LED energy-saving lamps used in this renovation have the advantages of high light efficiency, low energy consumption, long life, and good stability. They can not only improve the brightness of lighting and facilitate people's travel, but also greatly reduce lighting energy consumption. Solar street lights complement LED energy-saving lamps, can provide lighting for some sections with insufficient conditions, and can use solar energy to convert into electrical energy to achieve zero energy consumption. After the renovation, the visual effect on the road has been significantly improved, and the average illumination and uniformity of the road have been improved to varying degrees, creating a more beautiful and comfortable lighting environment for the people and improving the quality and overall image of the park.
