"Highly Efficient LED lamps Key Technology Research" project started

On October 23, the project of "Research on Key Technologies for High Efficiency and High Reliability LED Lamps", a strategic advanced electronic materials project under the national key research and development plan led by the Institute of Engineering Thermophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, was held in Beijing. More than 50 representatives and experts from the Science and Technology Department of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Institute of Engineering Thermophysics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Semiconductor Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Changchun Xida Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the Strategic Advanced Electronic Materials Office introduced the basic conditions of the project, the deployment of the project, the special management plan and implementation plan formulation requirements. The preparation of the project implementation plan is an important part of promoting the full chain design and integration of the national key R & D projects, laying a good foundation for the smooth implementation of the project and the realization of the project objectives. The person in charge of the project reported the implementation plan of the project. The participating experts put forward the guiding suggestions and opinions on the interface between the various tasks (tasks) in the implementation plan, the establishment of the complete technical index system, the landmark achievements and examination, the project organization and management, etc. 

In this project, aiming at the problems of high luminous efficiency and high reliability of high power LED lamps and lanterns, a new type of optical material, structure design, packaging technology and long-life high-power drive power technology are systematically researched to greatly improve the luminous efficiency and reliability of high-power lamps and lanterns, meet the national lighting design standards. The project target products can be achieved on the traditional high-power lighting products replacement, widely used in square lighting, large factory lighting, military aviation lighting, long distance lighting and other fields, which significantly enhance the industrialization of China's high-power LED lamps, and meet the needs of the construction of major national projects, the country's energy-saving emission reduction and will provide a strong support for green work.
