What is the purpose of standard setting?
Children and adolescents are the future and hope of the nation. At present, the myopia rate of children and adolescents in China remains high. In 2020, the overall myopia rate of children and adolescents nationwide is 52.7%, among which the myopia rates of elementary school students, junior high school students and high school students are 35.6%, 71.1% and 80.5% respectively.

It is suitable for children and adolescent school supplies produced, produced, operated and provided by enterprises, primary and secondary schools, secondary vocational schools, kindergartens and off-campus training institutions (including textbooks, teaching supplementary materials, learning magazines, schoolwork books, examination papers, learning newspapers, Reading materials for preschool children, general classroom lighting, reading and writing homework lamps, teaching multimedia products, etc.).
What requirements does the standard put forward for school supplies?
1. Hygienic requirements for textbooks
It is stipulated that the paper basis weight of the textbook textbook printed in color should not be less than 70.0g/m?, and the paper basis weight of the textbook textbook printed in monochrome and two-color printing should be no less than 60.0g/m?. In addition, the D65 brightness of the internal paper, the printing density and the overprint error of the printing quality, the font and size of the Chinese characters, letters and Arabic numerals in the main body, the font size of the catalog, notes and pinyin and other auxiliary texts, and the line space are also required. .
2. Hygienic requirements for teaching supplementary materials and learning magazines

3. Hygienic requirements for schoolwork books
It is required that the inner core paper weight of the schoolwork books should not be less than 65.0g/m2. In addition, the smoothness of the paper, D65 brightness and D65 fluorescence brightness, the size and specifications of the core grid lines of various schoolwork books at the elementary school stage, and the printing quality are also stipulated.
4. Hygienic requirements for examination papers
Provisions are made for paper, font, font size and line space requirements. Among them, the paper requirements are consistent with the schoolwork books, and the font, font size, and line and space requirements are consistent with the textbooks.
5. Hygiene requirements for study newspapers
Requirements for printing quality are set, definition, overprint error, and corresponding limits of ink color are specified, and the minimum font size of Chinese characters, letters and Arabic numerals in the main body of the newspaper for learning should be no less than 5 words.
6. Hygienic requirements for learning materials for preschool children
The paper, printing quality, font, font size, and line space are regulated.
7. Hygienic requirements for lighting fixtures in general classrooms
It is required that the correlated color temperature should be no less than 3300K and no more than 5300K; the blue light hazard group of general lighting fixtures should reach RG0. 8. Hygienic requirements for reading and writing desk lamps

9. Teaching multimedia hygiene requirements
The display technology requirements for the two major types of teaching multimedia of projection equipment and TV video display systems are respectively proposed, such as the maximum screen brightness, brightness contrast, brightness uniformity, illumination uniformity, flicker, blue light protection requirements, brightness viewing angle, screen size and other indicators Provisions were made.
