LED UFO high bay light group standard started

On June 22, the Shenzhen Lighting and Display Engineering Industry Association (SLDA) group standard project launch and first work seminar of "LED lamps UFO high bay light" was held in Shenzhen. The meeting was chaired by Jing Fajun, chief engineer of the SLDA Secretariat. Zeng Xiaolan, President of SLDA, and Professor Qian Keyuan, Chief Consultant of SLDA Standards and Testing Committee attended the meeting and delivered speeches.

At the meeting, the drafting group of the "LED Lamp UFO High Bay" standard draft reported the source and task of the standard, project research, draft construction, collection and arrangement of relevant normative documents, standard main content, standard project plan, etc. Chief engineer Jing Fajun said that the standard will be promoted to pass the Shenzhen standard certification system in the later stage. After passing the certification, the enterprise can obtain a subsidy of up to 200,000 from the Shenzhen Municipal Government, and can also authorize the use of the "Shenzhen Standard Certification" LOGO on the product.

The meeting made an in-depth analysis and discussion on the framework and scope of application of product group standards, mainly including industrial lighting fields, application scenarios, power levels, intelligent control interfaces, installation methods, materials, protection requirements, installation heights, safety performance, and optics of lamps and lanterns. Characteristics (luminous flux, luminous efficiency, color temperature, light intensity distribution, color coordinates, etc.), environmental adaptability, power adaptability, reliability, etc. The meeting required all participating drafting units to proofread and analyze the content of the draft according to the actual situation of their own products after the meeting, and give feedback to the secretariat.
